Nuna'Y.

When I was in Kelowna, Canada in September, I came across a group called Nuna'Y, which means "My Soul" in Quechua. I went to an open air food market and met them as they were setting up to play. It is always interesting to be able to talk to the artists. I told them I like Andean music because when I am up tight, I can listen to music featuring the "Quena" and the "Zampoña" and it calms me down. I should have remembered to do that during the week of 6-10 October 2008 when my retirements funds were dropping $1000's of dollars a day.

They also provided me with the only oportunity to use Spanish while I was in Canada. I asked what "My Bolivia" cost. They didn't quite understand what I wanted and I asked again using "cuanta questa", which they understood just fine and said "veinte" or $20.

They have a web site called "nunay.com" but it is a little out of date and doesn't have their "My Bolivia" album listed.
