"Memphis to Motown" was in the FINALS of the 2008 International Blues Challenge (IBC) in the category of "best self produced CD" (Top 5 internationally)
The Randy Oxford Band won 6 2005 "BB" awards (The Best of the Blues Awards) in the following categories: "All the Buzz" CD won Best Blues Recording/CD. Inland Empire Blues Association also presented the Empire Award for Best NW Recording for "All the Buzz" **This is the first time, ever, that a Band's CD has won both the BB and the Empire Award for best NW recording in the same year !!**. Randy Oxford won: Best Blues Horn Player, Keeping the Blues Alive, Lifetime Achievement, and Performer of the Year.
