I'm
a military brat who didn't stop moving around. While living in
Tacoma, Washington, I worked in many different fields, however; my
passion has always been in music.
When I was a child I got my start, like most, in church--Mount Tabor Baptist Church. At that time Pastor States presided over the flock. My next push came from my 8th grade choir teacher, Ms. Taylor. She's the real reason I wanted a career in music.
While at Washington High School I performed many times at games, assemblies, concerts, dances, and special events. At Clover Park High, I was influential in starting a gospel choir/step team for the African American Club. I have done studio work since the age of 14, singing Gospel, Jazz, R&B, and Hip/Hop. I have sung in different places across the country.
In March of 2008 I started singing for the Randy Oxford Band. This is the first "Live Band" I have sang with professionally.
