PREFERED CALENDAR TECHNIQUE FOR CONTEST FLYERS

Hi there CD!  Here are three ways to send your flyer to Les Grammer for approval.

OPTION 1:

   Step 1:  Design and prepare your flyer on your own website.

   Step 2:  When it is ready then send a printable copy to Les, also give him the web site link.

   Les will send the printable copy to AMY to put in the "Eagle" and the link to me to add to the
   NWSS calendar page on the web site.

   This way you retain control of your flyer and if needed you can make changes
   to it on your web site and never need to tell me about it.

OPTION 2:

   If you don't have easy access to a web site try MSWORD.  Probably an easier solution for some of you.  Just design
   your flyer in MSWORD and send the document to Les.  I can convert the document to web page language.  You would
   then have to make changes by sending me a new copy of the MSWORD document.

OPTION 3:

   Send your flyer in PDF format to Les who will forward it to me and Amy.
   You will have to make any corrections and send new copies of the PDF file to Amy and me.

So, your choice, my pleasure.

Now all I have to do is find an easy way to get you all to get those flyers to Les Grammer in a timely manner.
Just remember when you procrastinate you are probably hurting attendance at your contest.  So get with it!  Send
that sanction request to Bill Smith and give him something to do.
