Please see instructions below and then click on accompanying "Bio Sheet from your Memory Book Committee" and fill it out and send it to the email given. The cost of the memory book has been included in the overall price of the dinner/dance and there will be one copy available for each classmate that attends the reunion on September 12th. If you are unable to attend the reunion but would like to order a copy of the 50th Memory Book please enclose $10 and it well be mailed to you.

Instructions:

1. R click onto attachment, click on EDIT (if you don't, it may not save)
2. Click behind Class Member - fill in;  same with the other demographics
3. The font and size in the demographics is setTo fill in the questions - place your cursor behind the question - begin
4.  You will have more room to write if you keep your font size to 10 or less without BOLD
5. Remember, it all needs to fit on one 8 1/2 x 11 page
6. Leave the left margin as is because it will be bound in the booklet
7. You can change the size of the box for your photo if you like
8. When you are done, save your attachment by your LAST NAME and file. Print a copy
