Vote Fraud Reform
Here is an example of some reform in California.
Their plan includes many of the ideas I've had, plus more. Require ID. Require proof of citizenship. Run checks on IDs. Investigate. Increase penalties. Make a hotline.
Some have been implemented, like requiring driver's license and social security numbers on the registration card. Others have not been, like requiring photo ID at the polls (defeated in Assembly Committee 4/14/97).
If you live in California, I would encourage you to call the Secretary of State's office, and your congress-persons. Tell them to keep actively pushing for voter reform.
If you live in another state, this is a good guideline. Try to find out if your state has laws like these, and if not, you have something to suggest. Sometimes the fact that another state has a law helps set a precedence in other states.
